Making History With an Argumentative Essay

Making History With an Argumentative EssayThe History Argumentative Essay is an academic writing application used to make history arguments. It is a process that is required for many students, who need to write something that supports their school history classes and test-taking assignments.A thesis statement is required to justify the reasons for the writing assignment. It should be somewhat articulate but not too lengthy, as this will bore your reader. It must be concise and to the point and must contain enough facts and historical details to understand the main subject matter of the assignment. An argumentative essay can be a tough assignment for some students, because they do not like to think too much about what is being written. An argumentative essay is a combination of facts and opinion. Writing this type of essay is much more advanced than writing a research paper, and is more commonly taught in high school history classes. It is important to outline your essay properly, inclu ding information about the primary source you used, and what was made out of it. Some students do not like doing this, so here is a sample of what you might write: 'In 1869, a local social reformer named John Dewey and his associates formed the New York National Temperance Society to fight alcoholism in the city. On the way, Dewey and his fellow reformers learned that 'a prominent member of the lower orders had been guilty of the most infamous crime of all--the theft of a friend's purse.' He was tried and convicted of the crime, but the temperance society was not successful in exposing the crime until a police investigation resulted in the arrest of the prominent alcoholic.'A good way to keep the essay simple is to include some factual information about the author's research, and their personal experiences. You can mention that they want to correct the negative effects of the alcoholic drinker, and you can also mention other problems faced by people affected by the negative effect o f alcohol. It would be a good idea to include links to articles about these issues as well. When writing, it is not necessary to provide date references if the sources are not present. Any dates that you state must be from primary source documents. The best dates to use would be the ones from which secondary sources were derived, since those are generally more reliable than primary sources. An argumentative history essay is a good way to get your views into writing, but you must also avoid using hearsay as facts. This type of essay should be written in the perspective of someone else, with your own perspective at the back of your mind. It is likely that the most difficult part of writing this essay is coming up with a convincing argument, and coming up with one that is convincing. As long as you come up with a convincing argument, it is worth the effort to do it.
